A complete, end-to-end model - where design, architecture, interiors, and construction all come together under one vision and one team. We offer three clear turnkey pathways depending on your project stage and requirement.

OPTION 1 - FULL TURNKEY ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN → STRUCTURAL DESIGN → CONSTRUCTION → INTERIORS

Ideal for new villas, developments, or full-site builds where the project begins from concept. A seamless start-to-finish model handled entirely by the WellThenSo team.

Includes
  • Architectural design site analysis, zoning, concept massing, 3D façade development, and authority approvals
  • Structural design detailed drawings, BOQs, and coordination with certified structural consultants
  • Construction civil, structural, and finishing works (masonry, plaster, waterproofing, flooring, ceiling)
  • MEP design and execution plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and automation systems integrated within design intent
  • Interior design and detailing layouts, elevations, and material finalization
  • FFDLM selection and sourcing of furniture, furnishings, décor, lights, and modular works
  • Landscape design and on-site coordination
  • Quality checks, timeline management, and single-point accountability till handover

OPTION 2 - TURNKEY: FINISHING + FFDLM (NO CIVIL / CONSTRUCTION INVOLVED)

Perfect for clients whose structure is already built and need our team to take over the finishing and interiors

Includes
  • Finishing works wall paint, flooring, switchboards, lighting, tiling, polish, and false ceiling
  • FFDLM furniture, furnishings, décor, lights, and modular components
  • On-site coordination and quality management for all finishing and installation phases
  • Procurement, vendor coordination, and cost tracking via our internal ERP
  • Final styling, quality control, and handover
OPTION 3 - TURNKEY DESIGN + FFDLM

Best suited for ready-built spaces or renovation projects where structure and finishes are already complete, and our involvement is limited to design and FFDLM supply.

Includes
  • Interior design development layouts, renders, and material palette
  • FFDLM selection, sourcing, and installation
  • Styling and setup for ready occupancy
  • Optional documentation and handover checklist

PAYMENTS & COMMUNICATIONS

PAYMENTS

All project-related payments and financial queries must be directed exclusively to accounts@wellthenso.com . Contracts with detailed project scope, fee structures, and payment schedules will also be issued from this email. This ensures financial transparency and provides a single, secure point of reference for all monetary matters.

PROJECT COMMUNICATIONS

Day-to-day project updates, meeting schedules, and milestone reports will be shared via projects@wellthenso.com. For quick coordination, the assigned project coordinator's contact may be shared, but this will be limited to WhatsApp communication only. Please note: WhatsApp or phone calls are not considered official. All important discussions, approvals, and instructions will be documented and actioned only through email.

EXPECTATIONS

We value timely and constructive feedback to keep project momentum strong. Our design and execution processes are structured to align with agreed timelines and budgets. This disciplined yet flexible approach ensures collaboration, clarity, and efficiency at every stage - from concept to completion.

OFFICE HOURS

Our official working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST. While site and execution work continues beyond these hours, client meetings will be scheduled within this timeframe. All formal discussions and design reviews will be conducted via Google Meet, ensuring every decision is recorded and traceable

CONTRACTS

All contracts, project scope documents, and official approvals will be issued only from accounts@wellthenso.com. These documents define responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring mutual clarity and alignment before execution begins
