Our in-house execution team ensures that every design we create is delivered on site with precision and consistency.(This service is available only for projects designed by WellThenSo.)

We do not take up external execution contracts. Our execution division is integrated with our design workflow - ensuring that our creative vision is built exactly as imagined.

Our Process Covers:

  • Site setup and supervision
  • Vendor management and scheduling
  • Procurement coordination via internal ERP
  • On-site coordination for carpentry, polish, civil, and electrical work
  • Quality checks, snag lists, and finishing approvals
  • Final handover with complete closure documentation

PAYMENTS & COMMUNICATIONS

PAYMENTS

All project-related payments and financial queries must be directed exclusively to accounts@wellthenso.com . Contracts with detailed project scope, fee structures, and payment schedules will also be issued from this email. This ensures financial transparency and provides a single, secure point of reference for all monetary matters.

PROJECT COMMUNICATIONS

Day-to-day project updates, meeting schedules, and milestone reports will be shared via projects@wellthenso.com. For quick coordination, the assigned project coordinator's contact may be shared, but this will be limited to WhatsApp communication only. Please note: WhatsApp or phone calls are not considered official. All important discussions, approvals, and instructions will be documented and actioned only through email.

EXPECTATIONS

We value timely and constructive feedback to keep project momentum strong. Our design and execution processes are structured to align with agreed timelines and budgets. This disciplined yet flexible approach ensures collaboration, clarity, and efficiency at every stage - from concept to completion.

OFFICE HOURS

Our official working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST. While site and execution work continues beyond these hours, client meetings will be scheduled within this timeframe. All formal discussions and design reviews will be conducted via Google Meet, ensuring every decision is recorded and traceable

CONTRACTS

All contracts, project scope documents, and official approvals will be issued only from accounts@wellthenso.com. These documents define responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring mutual clarity and alignment before execution begins
