Vibrant, bright, and fresh - the BrightCHAMPS office in Miramar was envisioned as a dynamic, youthful workspacethat inspires creativity while supporting modern functionality. Spread across 2,600 sq.ft., the project involved transforming a residential 4BHK apartment on the fourth floor of the iconic Vivenda De Hassan - McDonald's Building into a collaborative, next-gen workplace.
The design approach focused on breaking away from the rigidity of traditional offices to create an environment that feels energetic, open, and aligned with the brand's culture of innovation.
Private zones with glass partitions provide the right balance of enclosure and openness. Natural light filters through the spaces, supported by task lighting and neutral finishes, creating an atmosphere ideal for team huddles, strategy sessions, and client meetings.
The entry makes a striking first impression with a brand sign wall, backed by vertical wooden fins and accent lighting. A glass water feature and lush greenery set a fresh, welcoming tone - balancing professionalism with approachability.
Casual seating, bold accent colors, and a doodle mural wall transform the lounge into a lively corner for brainstorming and downtime. Infused with youthful energy, these breakout spaces encourage collaboration, informal conversations, and creative exchange.
The open-plan workstation area is designed for both focus and teamwork. Ergonomic furniture ensures comfort, while exposed brick walls, pendant lighting, and warm wooden flooring bring character and warmth. Flexible desk layouts allow the office to adapt to team growth and evolving work styles.
