With a total built-up area of 3500 sq. ft., the home was executed end-to-end by WellThenSo, with all interior design, material selection, custom furniture, lighting, and decor planned to the last detail. The design began with a single element - a turquoise-toned modular kitchen installed by the builder. This became the cue for the color direction: a palette of greens, sea-toned blues, and natural wood, layered across soft textures, artisanal accents, and custom details throughout the home.
Every corner of the house has been carefully styled to feel like an experience - with curved seating, custom wallpaper, stone finishes, and sculptural furniture that blurs the line between utility and art.
The open-plan living room is anchored by bespoke furniture in muted tones with accents of warm wood and cane. A grey linen sofa, paired with blush-toned lounge chairs and a cane-backed seater, creates a cozy yet refined seating cluster.
