CASA KEVAL EDIT

  • The Keval Edit is a quiet curation of tropical elegance - a turnkey villa nestled in Goa, designed with the intent of rental living that feels intentional, personal, and effortlessly beautiful.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Keval Edit is a quiet curation of tropical elegance - a turnkey villa nestled in Goa, designed with the intent of rental living that feels intentional, personal, and effortlessly beautiful.

With a total built-up area of 3500 sq. ft., the home was executed end-to-end by WellThenSo, with all interior design, material selection, custom furniture, lighting, and decor planned to the last detail. The design began with a single element - a turquoise-toned modular kitchen installed by the builder. This became the cue for the color direction: a palette of greens, sea-toned blues, and natural wood, layered across soft textures, artisanal accents, and custom details throughout the home.

Every corner of the house has been carefully styled to feel like an experience - with curved seating, custom wallpaper, stone finishes, and sculptural furniture that blurs the line between utility and art.

  • LOCATION : GOA
  • Built-up Area : Approx. 3500 sq. ft.

Living Room

The open-plan living room is anchored by bespoke furniture in muted tones with accents of warm wood and cane. A grey linen sofa, paired with blush-toned lounge chairs and a cane-backed seater, creates a cozy yet refined seating cluster. The walls feature minimalist panel detailing, adding depth without overpowering the space. Soft drapes filter natural light through arched windows, lending the room an airy and serene atmosphere.

The rug in muted blues and greys ties the seating together, while colorful accent cushions add a pop of vibrancy. Overhead, layered ceiling details with concealed lighting provide subtle architectural drama.

BEDROOMS

Each of the bedrooms is designed with a distinct identity - all united by a soft architectural vocabulary and layered styling.

Master Bedroom: Features a luxurious poster bed, custom curved bench, and a statement wallpaper with an eccentric twist - a large-scale artistic floral print in rust, blue, and sand tones. The palette balances boldness with softness, while handcrafted nightstands and sculptural lighting elevate the setting.

Guest Rooms: Alternate between emerald green, deep teal, and powder blue tones. Each room includes custom-designed beds, floating bedside tables, and thoughtful art. Furniture pieces are artworks in themselves, crafted with curves and rich natural textures - cane, oak, upholstered seats, and ceramic lighting.

All seating in the bedrooms features rounded edges, adding a soft, human scale to the rooms. Ample natural light, linen curtains, and accent walls make each space immersive yet restful.

BATHROOMS

Each ensuite bathroom is finished in custom IPS in varying tones - from soft blues to forest green and clay terracotta. The floors are laid in hand-selected patterned tiles, each unique to its space.

Vanities are floating or wall-mounted, built in solid wood and stone, with soft-edge mirrors and concealed lighting. Niches for storage, black matte or brass fittings, and a focus on long-term usability make these bathrooms both practical and beautiful.

POOL & TERRACE

The home opens up into a private backyard with a crisp, linear pool - ideal for rental living and social lounging. The deck is surrounded by tropical plants, stone coping, and soft lighting, transforming it into an all-day relaxation zone.

A terrace above offers expansive views of the surrounding greenery and skyline - perfect for morning yoga, sunset cocktails, or simply retreating into Goa's open skies. It's a space that feels like a rooftop lounge, without trying too hard - just nature, breeze, and quiet luxury.
